Once payment has cleared, Applicant represents that statements made are true and correct and here by authorizes verification of references to include but not limited to credit checks, unlawful detainer checks & credit checks and agrees to furnish additional credit references on request.  I authorize verification of the information contained herein solely for the purpose of establishing my qualifications as a tenant.  I release anyone verifying such information or providing information, from liability.  I understand that incomplete or incorrect information provided in the application, may cause a delay in processing and can result in denial of tenancy.

 

Once payment is made, the requested dates are contracted for. I have read and agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.  Owner reserves the right to switch guests to the other available home if necessary (due to repairs, disaster or the rare overbooking).  Guest will not be charged for higher rates due to a switch stemming from HLC’s needs. Unauthorized use of HLC’s homes for events or parties will result in a loss of your deposit in its entirety, plus any incurred damages. If you cancel, you will get a full refund so long as we can rebook it (minus 15% cancellation and rebooking fee), and the refund will be prorated according to days booked.  Know that once you have booked, prospective guests go elsewhere and cancellations/ rebookings are a many- hours process.  So please make sure you are committed to your dates.  Happy Travels :-)
