Homes of Laurel Canyon

I'm Kirkwood.

 2 Bedrooms plus office/ sleeping area, Wifi, 2 Flat Screen TV's with HD, all appliances, including washer dryer and landline phone.  Environmentally Sensitive Amenities. Wood deck, patio, full of light, set in the trees and hillside of Laurel Canyon.  Feels like home. Welcome.

I have two desks in this house.

I know you work all the time.  So, I have a spot behind this couch and one in the second bedroom for those of you who can't seem to help yourselves.

For those of you who like to relax, there is a great HDTV and this comfy couch with blankets and pillows to snuggle up on.

If you are the outdoorsy type, I suggest you hike right up the hill and take in the view of the mountains, ocean, Hollwyood Sign and Griffith Park.  Or at least walk down to Lily's for the best coffee in Los Angeles.  As a bonus, you may see a disheveled celeb with their dog.

Kitchen, yes...we have one.

There are also all of the nifty things that you need for cooking, and making pots of coffee.
 

No need to cook if you aren't into that. But certainly you'd like the storage facilites to eat straight from the box- i.e. takeout from Pace, Trader Joes, and the Canyon Country Store.

As a bonus, you have a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer to make keeping things hygenic and tidy much easier.  If you aren't into that, you can drop your things off at the cleaner on the corner.

It's very bright in here during the day, and lots of trees to be seen.  At times you will see deer out that window on the right snacking on the hillside.

You also have a TV in here, with On Demand and things like that.
